"Caribbean White Cottage" is located in Punta Uva of Puerto Viejo, in the southern Caribbean of Costa Rica. Located within the holiday resort "Ginger & Cacao".
The project was designed under the traditional guidelines of materials, typology and architectural language of the area. The response of climate design such as the use of stilts to decrease humidity, cross ventilation and the orientation of the house, make the project respond directly to the environment and history in which it is located.
