M85 House is located in a holiday resort with a recreational lake and it is just meters away from the beach. These nearby bodies of water, in addition to the tropical climate where it is located, require a bioclimatic approach to design. With this in mind an internal garden is created in addition to an open and constant cross ventilation from its main facade to its rear facade. Social areas open completely to both sides to visually and physically unify the inner garden with the pool recreation area. All of its bedrooms take full advantage of the views towards the lake or the nearby forest through windows that seek to frame nature.
