The design of this project comes directly from the study related to the gastronomic experience that its founding Chef wishes to provide.
In this way, the menu that will be offered is taken as the starting point of the design. As a result, a modern restaurant with defined volumes, wide and free areas is obtained, ideal for tasting the type of cuisine.
Different options of environments not only spatial but also lighting are provided to achieve different experiences.
The sound design in the development of the gastronomic experience was fundamental in this project.
The site and its location allow wide openings to the north, making the most of the indirect natural light and the views to the nearby mountains in the north of the province of Heredia.
